Welcome to Meditation Minutes. Today, we’ll be doing a short mindfulness exercise to help you feel more present and centered.
Remember, this recording is intended for relaxation and meditation purposes only. Please do not listen to this recording while operating a vehicle or heavy machinery.
Start by finding a comfortable seated position with your back straight and your feet flat on the floor. Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs with air, and exhale slowly through your mouth.
As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your attention to the sensation of your breath as it enters and leaves your body. Notice the rise and fall of your chest, the feeling of air passing through your nostrils.
If your mind starts to wander, gently bring it back to the breath. It’s normal to get distracted. Just keep coming back to the breath.
Breathing in, feeling your lungs expand as you inhale, exhaling slowly through your mouth. Inhale…..and exhale. Inhaling, filling your lungs. Exhale.
Now, take one last deep breath in, and exhale slowly. When you’re ready, open your eyes and return to your day, feeling refreshed and focused.
Thank you for listening to Meditation Minutes. We’ll see you next time.
