LYDIA, Inc. is a small New Mexico nonprofit that has spent years walking alongside families facing some of life’s hardest moments: job loss, a difficult pregnancy, a military transition, grief, or simply the weight of making ends meet.

We offer practical, whole‑person support through programs like positive pregnancy coaching, job coaching, self‑regulation tools, holistic wellness, and English language learning.

Our work is built on the belief that every family, no matter the shape or size, deserves someone in their corner.
